Homage to Blériot is a painting painted by Robert Delaunay in 1914. This tempera on canvas typical of simultaneism celebrates the aviator Louis Blériot by representing in particular a biplane, a propeller and the Eiffel Tower. Presented at the Salon des Independents in 1914, it is now preserved at the Kunstmuseum in Basel, Switzerland, while several preparatory documents and studies remain.

Louis Bleriot (1872-1936) was a pioneering French aviator, the first to fly across the English Channel in 1909. The strongly marked wood grain, stained pale blue, of the inner wall of the box evokes both the waves of the sea, over which early planes flew low, as well as perhaps clouds in the sky.
