Lo Spigolo Dibona è considerato uno dei maggiori classici dell'alpinismo nelle Dolomiti. La via, lunga 20 tiri di corda, si snoda lungo lo spigolo nord-orientale fino alla vetta della Cima Grande. La via, che porta il nome del primo scalatore ufficiale, è stata probabilmente scalata in free solo un anno prima, e cioè nel 1908, da Rudi Eller di Lienz.

Attacco evidente nel canale fra cima piccola e cima grande. Lo spigolo è scalabile su più linee ed offre difficoltà massima di IV+. Roccia buona tranne qualche tiro centrale ed in alto sotto la "cengia circolare". Discesa abbastanza lunga dalla via normale, sul versante S, ben tracciata con ometti e segni rossi.

Angelo Dibona was probably the first mountaineer to think about climbing the majestic north face of Tre Cime di Lavaredo. His amazing climbing route goes along the edge of Cima Grande ("big peak") di Lavaredo and is overhanging on the sheer rock face.
